Poptropica I've played recently, but I do not know how to switch between the islands! Poptropica beginning, and I will make up to 24 carrot and tried 2 Click on the map, but I will not be there! Please help!

You need to find the hot air balloon in the main street (actually float in the air, if you) walk on the roof. When you save the world map, and choose where to go.
